01Can my family remain in the villa during the work?+
Often, for suitable phased scopes. Noise, dust, access, service interruptions and safe separation must first be assessed. Some stages may require an area—or occasionally the property—to be vacant for a defined period.
02Can you renovate only one room or one floor?+
Yes. Kitchens, bedrooms, dressing rooms, living areas and selected floors can be planned as separate phases when the technical interfaces allow it.
03How do you reduce disruption inside an occupied home?+
The agreed plan can include protected routes, isolated work zones, planned delivery windows, off-site manufacture and clear notice of noisy or service-interruption stages. The exact controls depend on the villa and scope.
04Can existing wardrobes or cabinets be repaired instead of replaced?+
Sometimes. Hinges, runners, doors, internal fittings and local panels are assessed first. Water damage, structural failure or unavailable matching finishes may make partial repair impractical.

06How long will the work take?+
