Information you choose to share

When a website enquiry is successfully submitted, your name, contact number, selected service and project brief are stored in a private enquiry inbox. Email notifications may also be used when configured. Choosing WhatsApp or email opens the relevant service, where you review and send your message.

How enquiry information is used

Information you send may be used to understand your project, respond to your enquiry, arrange a discussion or site survey, prepare relevant project documents and maintain necessary business records.

Website measurement and enquiry source

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions such as contact-button clicks and successful form submissions. Names, telephone numbers and project messages are not deliberately included in these analytics events. The landing-page path, referring website hostname and campaign tags may be held for the browser session and saved with your enquiry to identify its source. We do not capture arbitrary URL parameters in this attribution record. The owner may record an enquiry stage after reviewing your request.

Third-party services

WhatsApp, email providers and hosting services process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Do not send confidential documents until the appropriate project and communication arrangements are agreed.

AI voice conversations

Our optional voice assistant is powered by Vapi and its configured AI and speech providers. Audio and transcripts may be processed outside the UAE. Before a website call starts, we ask you to agree to recording and transcription.

We store the supplied call transcript, summary, any contact details you choose to share and a protected copy of the recording for Aura Nest to review. A report and private recording-access link are emailed to our team. A link expires after seven days; this does not delete the stored call record.

Please do not share passwords, verification codes or payment-card details. You can end a call at any time or use our phone, WhatsApp and enquiry form instead. Contact info@auranestinterior.com about access, retention or deletion of call information. AI-generated summaries can contain errors and are checked before project decisions are agreed.
